Duffy Books Term Two - Thanks to the Government!

 We had a wonderful Duffy Assembly to end our term. Poto Williams came and spoke to us about her life and job as a member of parliament.  She then went on to present us with our government funded Duffy books! Thank you!

Snow in our class?

What a fun afternoon we had today. As the children sat on the mat getting ready for the afternoon, I pretended to fill a bucket of water at the sink and turned, with the bucket in my hand to talk to them and pretended to trip. The ‘water’ from the bucket went all over the children! To their surprise, there was no water in the bucket, but white confetti which looked very like snowflakes!  We all had so much fun playing with them and throwing them around. We had snow angels and laughter filling the air. The children then helped vacuum, lux or hoover them all up! Thanks kids for a great afternoon! Hope you enjoy the pictures!
